 
 Ron Willis has over 25 years of experience in public and private accounting. His tax practice is based in northwest Denver, and offers traditional tax services such as preparation of tax returns, tax planning and consulting. Ron began his tax career in the Phoenix office of Price Waterhouse, specializing in individual, real estate, insurance and restaurant taxation.
In
the private sector, Ron was controller for a Denver based telecom
consulting firm. He also held tax positions with Fortune 500 companies
Tele-Communications, Inc. (TCI) and Post-Newsweek Cable (a division of
the Washington Post Company), where he performed tax compliance and
research duties that implemented tax-minimizing strategies. Ron has
consulted with several large public and private entities in tax and
operational roles, and is currently a Tax Manager with United Launch
Alliance, specializing in application of the Research Tax Credit.
Ron
holds an active Colorado CPA license (11622) in good standing, and is a
member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
(AICPA).
He earned an MBA-Market Strategy degree from Regis University, and a BS-Accounting degree from the University of Wyoming.
